REGISTRATION

The conference will be held from 22-26 July 2024 at Süleyman Demirel University Prof. Dr. Lütfü Çakmakçı Cultural Center as an in-person participation.

• Participants with abstracts can complete their registration through the registration system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.
• All participants who will attend the conference must pay the registration fee.
• Only those who will pay the registration fee, register and present their papers will receive a certificate of participation.
• If the other author participants pay the registration fee through the registration system, a certificate will be issued.
• You can take benefit of the conference facilities by attending as an audience member.
• Participants without an abstract can complete their registration via the registration system.

Registration fee includes;

• Participation in the full scientific program (oral presentations, poster sessions, panels and courses)
• Attendance certificate/name badge and surprise gift
• 3 lunches
• 6 Coffee breaks
• Participation in social events

REGISTRATION FEES

• Registration Fees with and without abstract.

• Regular registration fee 1000 ₺

• Undergraduate and graduate registration fee 800 ₺

• SDU member regular registration fee 800 ₺

• SDU member Undergraduate and graduate registration fee 600 ₺

* Student participant provide a valid student ID.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Fees include taxes.
• For credit card and instalment payments, the price varies based on the bank’s commission.
• Cancellation before 03 June 2024 is eligible for an 80% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations made after this date.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the conference registration secretariat.
• Refunds will be issued after the congress.
